Alarm System is a brand of Zona Industrial LLC. These terms apply to purchases made at gotyabox.com.
The Alarm System box, USD 1,200, one-time payment, including the alarm controller, a Shelly Plus Uni, a Shelly BLU Gateway, a 12 V siren with relay module and power supply, installation and remote support by Zona Industrial LLC. Shelly sensors, buttons, relays and controllers are priced to match the prices published by Shelly USA (us.shelly.com). The price that applies to an order is the one shown in our store at checkout. Zona Industrial LLC is an Authorized Shelly Distributor.
The box does not include sensors. It does not include a Ring account or a Shelly account: the customer uses their own accounts. We do not sell Ring cameras; the system works with the Ring cameras and doorbells the customer already owns. Person detection and camera snapshots depend on the customer's Ring Protect plan.
Remote access and alerts require an annual subscription, offered in two plans: Basic (Alarm), USD 4.99 per month, and Plus (Alarm plus home automation: scenes and schedules), USD 8.99 per month. The subscription is activated when the customer scans the QR code on the box; it is not sold in the online store. Local arming, sensors and the siren keep working without the subscription.
Alarm System customers receive 10 % off sensors. The discount is applied at checkout when the order includes the Alarm System box or when the e-mail used at checkout belongs to an active Alarm System customer account.
Payments are processed by Stripe in US dollars. Shipping within the United States only.
Alarm System is a self-monitored smart alarm. It does not replace a certified alarm system or a professional monitoring company. Its camera features depend on the customer's Wi-Fi, internet provider and Ring services. Zona Industrial LLC is not responsible for losses caused by failures of those third-party services.
